Job Summary/Basic Function:

WSU’s College of Liberal Arts is accepting applications for adjunct teaching positions for summer 2017 and the 2017-2018 academic year. Individuals with academic and performance qualifications are encouraged to apply for positions in the following disciplines: Art, Communication, English, History, Modern Languages, Political Science, Religion, Philosophy, Classics, Music, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Theatre, Dance, Motion Pictures, Urban Affairs, Geography, African and African American Studies, and Woman & Gender Studies.

Minimum Qualifications

Professional experience or academic qualifications covering subject matter taught within the College of Liberal Arts.

Master’s degree with at least 1 year professional or teaching experience or the equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. with at least 3 years professional or teaching experience.
